These terms govern the use of the Miraizen Inc. website and registration for its courses and services. By using the site or registering for a course, you accept these terms.
Services offered
Miraizen provides training, coaching and consulting related to the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®). Courses are delivered online, in French or English.
Registration and confirmation
A registration submitted through the site's form is a request. It is confirmed only after our written acceptance and, where applicable, receipt of payment on the agreed terms.
No payment is processed on the site. Invoicing and confirmation are handled by email.
Prices and invoicing
Displayed prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes (GST and QST), which are added to the invoice. Prices may change without notice, but the price confirmed at the time of registration is the one that applies.

The content of this site belongs to Miraizen Inc. unless otherwise stated. It may not be reproduced without permission.
SAFe® and Scaled Agile® are registered trademarks of Scaled Agile, Inc. Official course material remains the property of Scaled Agile, Inc. and is provided to participants under its terms.
Availability and accuracy
We strive to keep the site up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or continuously available. Course dates and content may change.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Miraizen's liability in connection with a course may not exceed the amount paid for that course. Miraizen is not liable for indirect damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute falls under the courts of the judicial district of Montréal.
