Miraizen Inc. (“Miraizen”, “we”) values the protection of personal information. This policy explains what information we collect through this site, for what purposes, and how you can exercise your rights. It is written to align with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) and applicable Canadian legislation.

Information we collect

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide through the site's forms: name, email address, phone number, company name, course of interest, preferred date, number of participants and any comments you add.

This site does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools.

Purposes of collection

The information is used to respond to your requests, process course registrations, produce invoices, confirm sessions and communicate with you about our services.

We do not use your information for marketing outreach without your consent.

Consent

By submitting a form, you consent to the collection and use of your information for the purposes described above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us, subject to legal retention obligations.

Sharing with third parties and hosting

Form delivery is handled by the Formspree service, and site hosting is provided by Vercel. These providers may process or store data on servers located outside Quebec, including in the United States.

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it with other third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

Retention and destruction

We keep your information for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, then destroy or anonymize it. [Specific retention period to be confirmed.]

In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious harm, we will take reasonable steps to reduce its consequences and will notify you and the Commission d'accès à l'information, as required by law.

We may change this policy. The version in effect is the one published on this page, with its update date.
